Quick Guide to Virtual Spaces:

We acknowledge that the timing of some of our sessions does not align well with certain time zones. To provide an equitable experience, we will record all sessions and make them available for 2 weeks after the conclusion of the conference. These recordings will be available early next week (11/15-11/17).

We recommend using latest versions of Google Chrome, MS Edge, Firefox or Safari for better user experience.

Lobby – Entrance to the virtual conference with different hotspots directed to other elements of the event like exhibition hall, theatre, networking lounge etc.

Agenda – Showcases list of speaker sessions and other key activities scheduled for conference with an option to join the sessions directly from this page (besides joining sessions after entering the theatre)

Poster Hall – Just like any physical event, it consists of posters’ virtual pages to showcase their posters and presentation videos.

Sponsor Booth – Interactive and immersive display with functionality of product demonstration through video, images, links or any other digital content promoted by the sponsor/supplier.

Theatre – Experience live and on-demand webinar sessions, connect with speaker via video and chat options. It displays sessions for all the time slots on 10-13 November.
Networking Lounge – Visit lounge area to reach out to other attendees and have a chat with them.
